Mwafreeka Addresses Claims He Sprayed Mbusii With Cockroach Repellent at Ghetto Radio

Iko Nini Podcast host Mwafreeka has recently addressed claims that he sprayed radio presenter Daniel Mwangi, popularly known as Mbusii, with Mortein Doom.

These allegations have been circulating in the public for quite some time and have never been clarified by both parties.

Speaking on the podcast, Mwafreeka said he never sprayed Mbusii with Mortein Doom, while Mbusii said that it was the room that was sprayed and not him.

Netizens on X claimed that after Mwafreeka’s recent spat with X influencer Polo Kimani, during which he said he needed to take a shower and use roll-on and cologne, he would be petty enough to have sprayed Mbusii with Mortein Doom.

Mwafreeka, in a heated exchange on his podcast, told Polo Kimani he needs deodorant when that statement circulated on social media with netizens making comments about it.

The story attracted a lot of public attention, with netizens saying that he did not have to call him out in public in that manner.

Mbusii said that people usually say he and Mwafreeka have issues, but they do not. He said if they had bad blood, he would not be sitting with him.

On the same note, Iko Nini Podcast co-host and activist Rowbow revealed that while working at Ghetto Radio, staff were once given roll-on deodorants to help them stay fresh throughout the day.

“Studio kuna time watu wa Fika Mtaani wakanunuliwa roll-on. To me, ilikuwa inahitajika,” he said during a sit-down with radio host Mbusii.

This discussion appears to have put to rest one of Kenya’s entertainment rumors, with both Mwafreeka and Mbusii offering their version of the story while dismissing claims of bad blood between them.
