National Oil Corporation Declares CEO Position Vacant

The National Oil Corporation of Kenya Ltd (NOC) has declared its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) position vacant and invited qualified candidates to apply.
National Oil Corporation operates as an integrated State Corporation involved in various aspects of the petroleum supply chain, including upstream oil and gas exploration, midstream petroleum infrastructure development and downstream petroleum product marketing.
The company aims to recruit top talent to join its current team and implement its mandate.
National Oil Corporation Opens CEO Recruitment
NOC has directed applicants to check the Careers – National Oil Corporation of Kenya page on its website, www.nationaloil.co.ke, for the comprehensive job profile and application guidelines.
Interested candidates should then submit their applications by email to ceorecruitment@nockenya.co.ke and address them to: Chairman, Board of Directors, National Oil Corporation of Kenya Ltd, KAWI House – South C, Popo Lane, Off Red Cross Road, P.O. Box 58567-00200, Nairobi, Kenya.
Candidates must submit their applications by midnight EAT on August 28, 2026, and NOC will contact only shortlisted candidates.

Chapter Six Clearance Requirements
After shortlisting, candidates must submit the following documents in line with Chapter Six of the Constitution:
- Valid Tax Compliance Certificate from the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA).
- Valid Certificate of Good Conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI).
- Clearance Certificate from the Higher Education Loans Board (HELB).
- Clearance from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC).
- Clearance Certificate from an approved Credit Reference Bureau (CRB).

NOC Encourages Diverse Applicants
Meanwhile, NOC has encouraged women, persons with disabilities, minority and marginalised groups to apply as part of its equal opportunity employment policy.
