Oshwal Academy Announces Mass Jobs in Nairobi and Mombasa

Oshwal Academy has invited applications from qualified and experienced professionals to fill teaching and non-teaching vacancies at its Nairobi and Mombasa campuses.
In a notice dated July 3, the private international school said it is seeking competent candidates to join its team as it continues offering the British curriculum from pre-school to Year 13.
“Oshwal Academy, a private international school in Nairobi and Mombasa offering the British curriculum from pre-school to Year 13 is seeking to recruit for a number of teaching and non-teaching positions. Experienced and competent candidates are encouraged to apply for the below positions available in Nairobi and Mombasa,” read part of the notice.

Qualifications and Requirements
Oshwal Academy said applicants for teaching positions must hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree in the relevant subject or specialisation.
Candidates are also required to have at least four years of teaching experience in their subject area and must be registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).

The school further noted that applicants with experience teaching the British National Curriculum will have an added advantage.
“Candidates with experience in teaching the British National Curriculum will have an added advantage,” Oshwal Academy stated.
To apply for Nairobi positions, candidates have been asked to send their applications to vacancy@perb.org, while those applying for vacancies in Mombasa should submit their applications to vacancy-oam@oshwalacademy.sc.ke.
In addition, the academy advised applicants to indicate the position they are applying for in the subject line of their email.
Oshwal Academy said applications must be submitted by July 31, 2026, and only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
