Patrick Riang'a Bids Farewell to Car Soko After Years of Success, Promises New Beginning

Patrick Riang’a, one of Kenya’s best-known car sales executives and the man credited with helping transform the life of influencer Isaac “Goliath wa Bungoma” Otesa, has officially left Car Soko after serving the dealership for several years.

In a heartfelt Facebook post shared on Wednesday, July 1, Riang’a announced that his journey with Car Soko had come to an end, describing the company as a place he proudly called home.

He also revealed that he will unveil his new workplace on Thursday, July 2.

Riang’a thanked Car Soko for the opportunity to grow his career, saying he would always treasure the memories and relationships he built during his time at the company.

“Today 1st July, 2026 marks the end of me working for Car Soko Ltd. A very good workplace that I have called home for so many years. I will forever miss this place.”

He added,”Tomorrow, I will officially unveil my new workplace. Thank you and God Bless You all.”

Patrick Riang’a Emotional Tribute to Felix Limo

The veteran car salesman reserved special praise for Car Soko founder Felix Limo, thanking him for years of mentorship, support and generosity.

According to Riang’a, Limo’s kindness extended not only to him but also to many employees and people outside the company.

He singled out Limo’s support for Goliath wa Bungoma, saying the businessman played a major role in changing the influencer’s life.

“Sir Felix Limo, God Bless You so much. I want to take this opportunity to thank you for the opportunity accorded me and the immense support you have always extended to me.”

He continued,”If I am asked to write about you, I will need several days, maybe weeks, to put together some of your acts of kindness and generosity to me and all my other colleagues at Car Soko.”

He Reflects on Partnership with Goliath wa Bungoma

Riang’a also paid tribute to Isaac Otesa, popularly known as Goliath wa Bungoma, describing him as more than just a colleague.

The pair became a popular marketing team after Goliath joined Car Soko as a brand ambassador in 2025.

Their videos and campaigns significantly boosted the dealership’s online visibility, with many Kenyans praising their chemistry and creativity.

Riang’a said their partnership had helped both of them grow in the motor vehicle industry.

“Goliath wa Bungoma, you will forever be my brother. We have worked together very well in a very special way while making big moves in this town.”

He added,”When my story will be written, you will have a special page about our great marketing combo. We have built each other to the next level in this motor vehicle industry.”

He encouraged Goliath to continue serving Car Soko with dedication as the company’s brand ambassador.

Thanking Colleagues and Loyal Clients

Riang’a also expressed gratitude to his colleagues, saying the memories they created together would remain with him forever.

He noted that although he was leaving Car Soko, they would continue working together within Kenya’s motor vehicle industry.

He equally thanked his clients for supporting him throughout his career.

“My amazing clients, I can’t thank you enough! You have been very supportive to me throughout my career. May God bless you as you continue supporting me as I also grow in this industry.”

A Career Built on Sales and Mentorship

Before joining the motor vehicle industry, Patrick Riang’a worked as a radio presenter at QFM under Nation Media Group.

He later transitioned into vehicle sales, where he established himself as one of Nairobi’s most recognizable car sales professionals.

Beyond selling vehicles, Riang’a has earned praise for mentoring Goliath wa Bungoma, helping him secure employment, improve his public image and rebuild his life.

He has also supported charitable initiatives, including helping build houses for Goliath and a former schoolmate in need.
