WPP Scangroup Appoints New Board Members

WPP Scangroup Plc has announced changes to its Board of Directors following the appointment of three new non-executive directors.
In a notice dated May 15, 2026, the company confirmed the appointment of Ms. Kagiso Musi, Mr. Nick Douglas, and Mr. Manuel Segimon to the Board as non-executive directors.
“The Board of Directors of WPP Scangroup Pic (the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointments of Ms. Kagiso Musi, Mr. Nick Douglas and Mr. Manuel Segimon as non-executive directors, effective from 13th May 2026,” read part of the notice.
WPP also announced the retirement of three non-executive directors Jon Eggar, Patou Nuytemans, and Shahid Sadiq, as part of the leadership transition.
In addition, the board expressed its appreciation for their service, noting their contribution in providing strategic guidance and leadership during their tenure.

WPP Scangroup Plc said the changes reflect its continued commitment to strengthening governance and supporting long-term strategic growth.
Kagiso Musi is a Pan-African marketing executive with 25 years of experience in creative, media, and broadcast industries across South Africa and the continent.
She is recognized for integrating creativity, data, and commercial strategy to build strong teams and grow major brands.
Her career includes expanding agency networks, launching operations in Cairo and Lagos, and driving insight-led marketing strategies across major media organizations.
Kagosi Musi holds a master’s in business administration. She has served on several boards, including the Advertising and Communication Association and Effie Awards South Africa and also served as a juror at Cannes Lions and Effie Awards.
Profile of Manuel Segimon WPP New Non-Executive Director
Elsewhere, Manuel Segimon is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at WPP Creative EMEA and VML EMEA.
He has over 20 years of leadership experience within the WPP network, having held senior finance and operations roles at leading agencies including Y&R Group, Wunderman, and Wunderman Thompson across Europe and the Americas.
Manuel specializes in managing large and complex organizations, with strong expertise in strategic negotiations, business planning, and international business development.

Additionally, Nick Douglas is an accomplished senior finance executive and board-level adviser with extensive expertise in external and management reporting for listed companies, governance, risk management, and capital allocation.
He is currently the Group Finance Director at WPP Plc, a leading FTSE-listed global communications and marketing services group, where he has held senior finance roles throughout much of his career.
Douglas is a Chartered Accountant (FCA, ICAEW) and holds a master’s degree from the University of Cambridge.
