Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KeRRA) has announced a massive recruitment drive.
KeRRA is mandated for the development, rehabilitation, maintenance and management of rural roads in the country as stated in the Kenya Roads Act 2007.
The state corporation operates under the Ministry of Roads & Transport and is looking for qualified Kenyan citizens to join its team on permanent and pensionable terms.
According to the announcement posted on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, the vacancies span a wide range of seniority levels, from Grade 4 (Assistant Directors) to Grade 11 (Drivers and Support staff).
“The Kenya Rural Roads Authority @KeRRA_Ke, invites applications from qualified Kenyan Citizens for (290) various positions,” part of the advert read.

The recruitment features 54 distinct job categories. Some of the high-volume roles include:
Engineering: 30 Engineering Technicians, 25 Engineers, 25 Principal Engineers, and 23 Senior Engineers.
Administration & Supply Chain: 23 Senior Supply Chain Management Assistants and various Administrative Officer roles.
Technical & Support: 30 Drivers, 26 Accountants, and 11 Surveyors.
Leadership: Multiple Assistant Director roles in departments such as Roads, Planning, Legal Affairs, and Audit.

In alignment with the Constitution of Kenya 2010, successful candidates will be required to demonstrate integrity by providing valid clearances from:
KRA (Tax Compliance)
HELB (Higher Education Loans Board)
DCI (Certificate of Good Conduct)
EACC (Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission)
CRB (Credit Reference Bureau)
KeRRA has stated that the application process is strictly online. Hard copy applications will not be accepted.
