Detectives from DCI Kilimani in conjunction with DCI Nairobi Regional Office have arrested three suspects believed to be behind the unlawful storming into All Saints Cathedral where a sitting was interrupted by the attackers.
George Omondi Otieno, Effenburg Wanyama Khisa, and Melvin Alumasa Bwani have been arrested in Nairobi following an intelligence led operation.
A red Boxer motorcycle KMFH 161S believed to be the motor used in the attack and mobile phones have been recovered and seized for forensic investigation.
“It is apparent the three men could not have carried out the attack on their own as evidence collected indicates.” DCI has stated and officers are already working on more leads.

“Places of worship are sacred places of refuge and contemplation and anyone who seeks to defile them, threat public safety or disrupt any legitimate gathering will face the full arm of the law.” Said the Directorate.
The officials further assured the public that every possible effort will be made to bring to book any individual and all individuals involved in the incident.
