Inside Popular TikToker Patrick Mbacio’s Last Moments Before His Sudden Death

Popular Kenyan TikToker Patrick Mbacio, popularly known as “Patrick The Truth,” has reportedly been found dead inside his house in Nakuru.

Mbacio reportedly died on the evening of Saturday, September 26, 2026. His body was taken to the Egerton University Mortuary, as his family, friends and followers come to terms with the sudden news.

The circumstances surrounding his reported death have not been publicly established. Mbacio’s reported death comes after a period in which he had openly spoken about his health challenges.

In August, he addressed rumours surrounding his changing appearance and said he was dealing with diabetes and high blood pressure.

His health concerns continued into September when he appealed to women he had previously hosted to help him get medication, food and other necessities.

“Mwanadada pahali popote ulipo,” Mbacio said in one of his appeals, asking women who had benefited from his generosity to support him. He also asked for help to buy medicine and fruits.

The appeal marked a major change from the lifestyle that had initially made him famous on TikTok.

Patrick Mbacio Claims About Entertaining Women

Mbacio rose to prominence through videos about his lifestyle and interactions with women. He previously claimed that he had spent more than Ksh6 million entertaining women over a period of less than five years.

He also claimed that he spent about Ksh10,000 a month on women and could sleep with at least six women in a month.

At another point, Mbacio claimed that he had been with about 1,200 women within three years, sometimes entertaining three different women in a single day.

He also said he recorded some of the women dancing for TikTok and shared the videos on his account.

His claims became a recurring topic of discussion among his followers and helped build the controversial online persona that made him widely known.

From Controversial Lifestyle to Motivational Speaker

Mbacio later said he had exhausted the money he had spent on his lifestyle and turned to motivational speaking.

He adopted the name “Patrick The Truth” and began sharing lessons and reflections from his experiences.

He later made another claim that he had been with more than 3,000 women over a five-year period, further attracting attention online.

His accounts of his personal life, combined with his distinctive TikTok content, made him a recognisable personality among Kenyan internet users.

Patrick’s Final Public Appeal

In early September, Mbacio appealed to women who had previously benefited from his generosity to return the favour by helping him meet his basic needs.

He asked for assistance with medication, food, fruits and transport, saying even a small contribution would help.

“Rudisheni kitu kidogo ili The Patrick The Truth aweze kununua madawa na hata apate matunda,” he said in the appeal.

His plea drew mixed reactions online, with some social media users expressing concern over his health while others focused on the lifestyle he had previously shared with his audience.

Some users reflected on the way he lived, while others criticised the controversial content associated with his online persona.
