Steps On How to Book KQ Flights Online

• Visit Kenya Airways’ official website @kenya-airways.com.
• Open the online booking tab and fill in travel details.
• At first, click your departure and destination airports and insert travel dates.
• When the provided details is successfully done, multiple flight options will appear, and you will select the flight of your choice.

In addition, you will be notified to choose your return journey.

At this stage, the both selected flights will appear on your screen for confirmation if the details provided is correct

• Click “Add your passenger details” and continue. Navigate to the drop-down menu located at the top right of the confirmation page and check more information if you can add or not.
• Provide passenger details and kick off the ticketing process.

How to Select Seats

Choose your seats for the departure and return journey, and if you want further comfort, KQ offers.

• Economy Max – available on most seats except Economy Comfort, Extra Legroom, and Exit Row seats.
• Economy Comfort – offers up to 8cm of extra legroom.
• Extra Legroom, Preferred Seats, and Exit Row Seats – available at an additional charge.

Seat Selection Terms and Conditions

• Seat selection is subject to availability at the time of request.
• Advance seat reservation is available only after purchasing your ticket.
• Some seats may not be selectable for operational or safety reasons.
• Bassinet seats are available at no additional charge for adults traveling with infants.
• If a passenger has a special need, he/she should reach out to Kenya Airways for further assistance.

Mechanisms of Payment

In case of extra baggage allowance, choose the baggage service and purchase additional space, and the amount to be paid will be displayed at the bottom right of the screen.

After you are done with selection and other services, the total charges will be displayed.

Pay for the charges using various payment methods like credit and debit cards, M-Pesa, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

After successful payment, your e-ticket will be sent to your email provided, and you will be ready for the journey.
