Consolidated Bank, Habitat for Humanity Kenya Announce New Tender Opportunities for Suppliers

Consolidated Bank of Kenya and Habitat for Humanity Kenya have announced new tender opportunities, inviting eligible firms and suppliers to submit bids for projects in technology, construction and infrastructure development.
First, Consolidated Bank of Kenya Ltd has listed three tenders targeting qualified firms.
The bank seeks to procure a Human Resource Information System under Tender No. CBKL/OT/002/2026, covering supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning.
In addition, Tender No. CBKL/OT/003/2026 focuses on the license renewal of a Database Activity Monitoring (DAM) solution by Imperva, including support and annual maintenance for one year.
Further, the bank has advertised Tender No. CBKL/OT/004/2026 for proposed renovation and refurbishment works at its head office. Notably, the bank has reserved this opportunity exclusively for women-owned enterprises.
Submission Guidelines for Consolidated Bank
Next, interested bidders can download detailed tender documents free of charge from the bank’s website at www.consolidated-bank.co.ke or the Public Procurement Information Portal at www.tenders.go.ke
Applicants must submit completed documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the tender number and name.
“Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in a plain sealed envelope, marked with the tender number and name, and be deposited in the Tender Box located at the reception area of Consolidated Bank House – 6th Floor, Koinange Street on or before Wednesday 29th July 2026 at 10:30 AM (East African Time),” the bank stated.
After submission, the bank will open the bids immediately in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the boardroom on the 6th floor of Consolidated Bank House along Koinange Street in Nairobi.

Habitat for Humanity Kenya Tender
Meanwhile, Habitat for Humanity Kenya (HFHK) has also issued a tender advertisement dated July 15, 2026, calling for bids from qualified, reputable, and competent suppliers for construction-related works.
Specifically, the tender referenced as HFHK/WDS/001/07/2026 targets the supply and distribution of construction materials for the construction of seven houses under the WDS Project in Laikipia County.
Interested bidders can obtain detailed tender documents free of charge from the Habitat for Humanity Kenya website at www.habitatkenya.org or by requesting via email at procurement@hfhkenya.org.

Applicants must submit sealed tender documents clearly indicating the tender reference number and description.
“Duly completed and sealed tender documents, in a plain envelope with the TENDER REFERENCE NUMBER and TENDER DESCRIPTION title clearly indicated on the envelope, should be deposited in the tender box placed at Habitat for Humanity Kenya offices on or before 29th July 2026 at 4:00 PM,” the bank stated.
The submissions should go to the National Director at Habitat for Humanity Kenya offices located at CVS Plaza, 3rd Floor, Lenana Road in Nairobi.
The organization also notes that it may accept or reject any tender and warns that canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification.
