President William Ruto’s son, George Ruto, has responded to reports that he plans to marry teacher Cillah following their social media interaction on one of her posts.

Speaking during an interview, George dismissed the rumours, saying he believes marriage is a lifelong commitment and that people cannot simply meet on social media and agree to get married.

“Marriage is a lifelong agreement you have with someone, so you can’t just meet someone on social media and agree on social media, so no,” he said.

However, he said they managed to divert people’s attention from the matter by agreeing to support whatever Teacher Cillah is doing at the school where she teaches.

“But we were able to divert people’s attention to what teacher Cillah is doing; she supports many special needs children, and I will be helping her do that,” he said.

This whole story began on social media when George commented on one of teacher Cillah’s posts asking for her TSC number so that he could confirm something.

Teacher Cillah then went ahead posting many other videos saying that she is getting ready to be married to George.

She created videos saying she is even creating a wedding playlist, as she posted an AI picture of them.
