Five suspects were arrested by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) after the agency nabbed contraband of cannabis sativa during meticulously planned operations in Mombasa, Kitengela, and Busia counties.

Police caught up with a suspicious truck with the registration number KDL 220P along the Coast following weeks of intelligence gathering.
