Kenya Pipeline Company PLC (KPC) has announced permanent and pensionable job opportunities for Kenyans.
In a notice dated Friday, February 27, 2026, the company said the recruitment is part of its preparations for listing and participation in the capital markets, as it seeks to achieve its strategic vision.
“As Kenya Pipeline Company PLC prepares for listing and participation in the Capital Markets, it seeks to recruit highly motivated, visionary, dynamic, and results-oriented professionals with the critical skills required to support this strategic transition,” read part of the notice.

Application Requirements for KPC Jobs
According to KPC, interested candidates should visit the company’s official website under the Careers section to access detailed job descriptions, specifications, and the user manual with instructions on how to apply.
All applications must be submitted online and received no later than midnight, East African Time (EAT) on March 13, 2026.

The recruitment comes as Kenya Pipeline Company PLC prepares for a planned listing on the capital markets, in a move that could see its shares traded at the Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE) following regulatory approval from the Capital Markets Authority (CMA).
The proposed Initial Public Offering (IPO) is expected to allow Kenyans to purchase shares in the state-owned oil transporter, allowing members of the public to own a stake in the company as it transitions into a publicly traded entity.
