The National Construction Authority (NCA) has announced new job opportunities for qualified Kenyans, inviting applications for senior and managerial positions within the authority.
In a notice dated May 19, 2026, NCA said it is seeking to recruit staff in various departments as part of its mandate to regulate, streamline, and build capacity in the construction industry for sustainable socio-economic development.
Among the advertised positions is the post of General Manager for Construction Development and Coordination in charge of Compliance, Enforcement, and Quality Assurance, which is under Job Grade NCA 2.
NCA is also hiring a General Manager for Human Resources and Administration, which is also under Job Grade NCA 2, and both positions will be offered on contract terms.
NCA further announced vacancies for one Manager, Construction Development and Coordination in Accreditation and Certification under Job Grade NCA 3, as well as a Manager, National Construction Fund under the same grade.
In addition, NCA is seeking to fill 13 Manager positions, this is in Construction Development and Coordination in Field Services.
According to the notice, successful candidates for the managerial positions under Job Grade NCA 3 will be employed on permanent terms.
Interested applicants are to submit their applications through NCA’s recruitment portal and send a signed application letter together with a detailed curriculum vitae through the official recruitment email.

The applications should be addressed to the Executive Director of the National Construction Authority in Nairobi.
NCA stated that applications must be received no later than June 8, 2026, at 5:00 pm.
The advertisement said that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

NCA also reminded applicants that successful candidates will be required to comply with Chapter Six of the Constitution by presenting clearance certificates from the relevant government agencies.
This includes the Directorate of Criminal Investigations, the Kenya Revenue Authority, and the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission.
