Nova Pioneer Opens Applications for School Goods and Service Providers

Nova Pioneer Education Group has invited businesses to apply for prequalification to supply goods, works and services to its schools for the 2026–2029 financial period.
In a notice dated July 23, Nova Pioneer said the prequalification exercise seeks to identify competent suppliers to support the operations of its schools located in Athi River, Eldoret and Kiambu’s Tatu City.
“The Company wishes to prequalify competent suppliers to support their operation for the supply and delivery of various goods, works and services for our schools in Athi River, Eldoret and Kiambu (Tatu City),” the notice stated.
Nova Pioneer Begins Supplier Prequalification for 2026–2029
According to the group, the prequalification process will be conducted electronically through the SRM eProcurement Portal, which is managed by Bold Insight Tech Solutions Ltd, the consultants appointed to oversee the exercise.
Interested applicants can access the list of supply categories through the designated application portal before submitting their applications online.

Nova Pioneer added that access to the application portal will only be granted after payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Ksh2,500 for each tender category.
Additionally, the institution stated that the payment is to be made via the specified M-Pesa Paybill, after which the system will automatically validate the transaction and grant applicants access to submit their applications.
“Access to submit the application shall be automatically granted upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Ksh 2,500.00 per tender category as defined in the application Portal. This fee should be paid using M-Pesa Paybill No. 4696518; the A/C number is auto-generated from the system to validate your payment,” read part of the notice.
Supplier Vendors from Several Counties Encouraged to Apply
Nova Pioneer also encouraged businesses based in Eldoret, Trans Nzoia, Nakuru, Bungoma and Kakamega, as well as surrounding areas, to participate in the supplier prequalification exercise.
In addition, the group noted that all applications must be submitted by Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. (EAT).

It further clarified that it reserves the right to accept or reject any application, either in whole or in part, at its sole discretion without providing reasons.
Meanwhile, suppliers seeking clarification on the prequalification process have been advised to contact SRM through the provided email address or telephone numbers before the application deadline.
