SHA Revises Healthcare Provider Contract for 2026–2029 Cycle

The Social Health Authority (SHA) has revised its Healthcare Provider Contract for the 2026–2029 contracting cycle after considering feedback and comments submitted by healthcare providers and their respective associations.
In a notice dated September 28, 2026, the Authority said it had incorporated relevant comments and proposed amendments into the document following stakeholder engagement.
The revised contract is now available to providers participating in the contracting process.
“The Social Health Authority (SHA) wishes to thank all healthcare providers and their respective associations for the feedback and comments submitted on the proposed Healthcare Provider Contract for the 2026-2029 contracting cycle,” the notice stated
SHA Revised Contract Available for Review
Healthcare providers participating in the contracting exercise should review the updated document and take note of the changes and clarifications made following stakeholder engagement.
“The revised Healthcare Provider Contract is now available on the SHA website for review by all providers participating in the contracting process,” the authority said.
Once providers review the document, they should proceed with the contracting process through the designated SHA e-contracting platform.
They must also submit all required information and supporting documents through the system to facilitate the timely completion of the process.

Steps Healthcare Providers Need to Follow
To complete the contracting process, the authority outlined the following steps for participating healthcare providers:
- Access and review the revised contract available on the SHA website;
- Take note of the changes and clarifications incorporated following the stakeholder engagement and feedback received;
- Proceed with the contracting process through the designated SHA e-contracting platform; and
- Ensure that all required information and supporting documentation is submitted through the system to facilitate timely completion of the contracting process.
Contracting Process Remains Ongoing
Meanwhile, the authority has reminded eligible facilities that the contracting process is still ongoing and that they should complete the required procedures within the stipulated timelines.
“Providers are further reminded that the contracting process is ongoing and that all eligible facilities should complete the required processes within the stipulated timelines,” the authority said.

The revised contract follows stakeholder engagement on the proposed Healthcare Provider Contract for the 2026–2029 contracting cycle.
In addition, the authority has urged healthcare providers and their associations to continue cooperating throughout the contracting exercise to support timely completion of the process.
