Aggrey Mokaya Keroko is a 32-year-old matatu conductor married to one wife. He is the firstborn in his family and has been married for seven years. Together with his wife, they have a six-year-old son. He currently bears several bruises and scars on his face and body, which he says resulted from repeated domestic violence.
The Public Service Commission (PSC) has raised concerns over increasing cases of abuse targeting interns under the Public Service Internship Programme (PSIP). The Commission warned public officers against mistreating interns and urged them to create safe and respectful workplaces during a capacity-building workshop held in Naivasha on May 25, 2026. PSC Chairperson Francis Meja said
