The Communications Authority of Kenya (CA) has proposed a new standalone licensing framework for data centre operators providing colocation services in the country. In a notice issued on Tuesday, September 8, the CA said it plans to introduce a separate Data Centre licence category instead of regulating colocation data centres under the Network Facilities Provider-Tier
