Absa Bank Kenya has appointed Diana Mwaniki as its Acting Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective July 1, 2026, pending regulatory approval. In a statement dated July 2, Absa said Diana Mwaniki will take over the finance leadership role following the appointment of the former Chief Financial Officer, Yusuf Omari, as Interim Managing Director and Chief
