President William Ruto and several Cabinet Secretaries have made fresh appointments to various State boards and institutions. According to a Gazette Notice dated September 11, 2026, Ruto appointed seven members to the Intergovernmental Relations Technical Committee (IGRTC) for a six-year term effective September 8 , 2026. The appointees are Wilson Kuria Thuita, Silvya C. Apaa, Ahmed
