The court has temporarily stopped the funeral and burial of KCB executive Rosemary Chemutai after a dispute between family members and her husband over who should plan her burial. Husband to the late Chemutai moved to the Milimani Chief’s Magistrate Court looking to stop plans to her burial after saying that the family failed to
