Consolidated Bank of Kenya Ltd has invited applications for 12 positions as the Tier 2 lender moves to strengthen branch operations and digital services.
The bank advertised vacancies for ICT Manager – Business Systems & Applications, Branch Managers, and Business Development Manager.
It also seeks an Information Systems Auditor, Information Security Officer, and ESG & Climate Risk Officer.
The notice listed Debt Recovery Officer, Project Analyst, and Officer – Digital Banking among the roles, stating they will also hire an ICT Officer – Business Systems and Applications, Business Development Officers, and a Product Development Officer.

The lender described itself as Kenya’s SME bank of choice that provides flexible financial solutions.
The advert stated that the bank is well-positioned, with a presence in the majority of the country’s business hubs, to continually offer pleasant and convenient services.
Applicants must submit their documents through the bank’s website http://www.consolidated-bank.com by Tuesday, May 26, 2026, marked as the deadline for all applications, and will not accept late submissions.
Women and persons with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
The bank will only contact shortlisted candidates and did not disclose salary ranges, interview dates, or the number of slots per position.
Authorities stated the position of the ESG, and climate risk officer suggests that demands on compliance in the banking industry are becoming more and more strict and the positions of Information security officer and information systems auditor suggest more attention on cyber-risk and control of the systems.
They stated that the Digital Banking and Product Development roles support the bank’s push to grow tech-driven customer solutions.
Branch Managers and Business Development Managers will drive deposit mobilization and SME lending at the branch level.
