Commission on Revenue Allocation Picks Roble Said Nuno as CEO

The Commission on Revenue Allocation has appointed CPA Roble Said Nuno as its new Commission Secretary and Chief Executive Officer.

In a press release issued on Thursday, May 14, the Commission said the appointment followed a selection exercise that attracted highly qualified candidates from across the country.

Process included psychometric assessments and oral interviews conducted at the Kenya School of Government in Lower Kabete.

“The Commission on Revenue Allocation (CRA) is pleased to announce the appointment of CPA Roble Said Nuno as the new Commission Secretary/Chief Executive Officer,” the statement read.

Commission noted that the recruitment exercise adhered strictly to applicable recruitment laws, procedures, and guidelines aimed at ensuring transparency, meritocracy, and integrity in public appointments.

Recruitment Process Conducted at Kenya School of Government

According to the statement, oral interviews and psychometric assessments for shortlisted candidates were held on May 14, 2026, at the Kenya School of Government in Lower Kabete.

“The selection process, which included a psychometric assessment and oral interviews held on 14 May 2026 at the Kenya School of Government, Lower Kabete, attracted highly qualified candidates and was undertaken in accordance with established recruitment guidelines,” the Commission stated.

Extensive Experience in Public Financial Management

The Commission described CPA Roble Said Nuno as a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and public financial management, expressing confidence in his ability to steer the institution forward.

“CPA Roble Said Nuno brings extensive experience in public financial management and leadership, which will support the Commission in delivering on its constitutional mandate,” the statement added.

CRA Appreciates All Applicants

The Commission also extended gratitude to all candidates who participated in the recruitment process, noting that the exercise attracted strong competition from qualified applicants.

“The Commission extends its appreciation to all candidates who participated in the process and reaffirms its commitment to transparency, meritocracy, and integrity in all its recruitment exercises,” the statement said.
