KUCCPS Opens KMTC September 2026 Intake Applications, Sets Deadline

The KMTC Collage issues a warning against fraudsters who claim to offer admissions.

Applications have officially opened for the September 2026 entry into the Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC), and prospective applicants have been requested to apply using the KUCCPS student portal before the deadline of August 11, 2026.

The information was provided through an official announcement by KUCCPS, marking the start of the placement process for the thousands of students applying to join KMTC programs in the coming year.

Prospective students have been asked to go through the KUCCPS students portal, which can be accessed at students.kuccps.ac.ke.

It is worth noting that the KUCCPS placement body urged candidates not to wait until the last minute since applications are already open and will close on August 11, 2026.

KUCCPS added that the placement exercise will give the health professionals a chance to get training at one of the best training centers in the country.

“To all prospective medical students, your time is now! The application for Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) September 2026 intake is officially OPEN through the KUCCPS students portal!” KUCCPS stated.

Applications Officially Open

Additionally, the placement agency urged qualified candidates to take advantage of the chance to work in the health sector, which remains a growing industry in terms of the need for professionals in Kenya and beyond.

According to the notice, applicants are required to log into the KUCCPS students portal using the official application link to complete the placement process before the deadline expires.

Deadline Set for August 11

KUCCPS also reminded prospective students that the application period is limited and that no applications will be accepted after the deadline.

The agency directed applicants to use the official portal, students.kuccps.ac.ke, to submit their applications, adding that the closing date for the September 2026 intake is August 11, 2026.

KMTC continues to be the most prominent middle-level medical training school in the country, providing certificate, diploma and higher diploma programs in diverse areas of health through its branches which have been opened throughout the country.
