Kenya Re Announces Jobs Opportunities: How to Apply

The Kenya Reinsurance Corporation (Kenya Re) Limited is looking for 11 management and senior officer positions that will be based at its headquarters in Nairobi. The state-owned reinsurer announced this on Wednesday.
The company stated that it requires fit candidates for positions from the Manager Risk and Compliance up to the position of Senior Human Resource Officer.
All the positions are permanent and pensionable as defined by the Corporation’s Human Resource Policy and Procedures Manual.
Kenya Re has advertised for 7 managerial positions at grade 4C in the following departments: Risk and Compliance, Claims, Retakaful, Research and Development, Human Resource Management, Property, and Investments.
The company also advertised 2 assistant manager positions in Supply Chain and Retakaful (at grade 3C), and 1 position of Chief Accountant at grade 4C, and another for the Senior Human Resource Officer at grade 3B.
One slot is available for each position.

Kenya Reinsurance Corporation Job Application Details
Candidates should submit their CV with details on present and past income/ salary, professional qualifications, and a cover letter highlighting experience relevant to the appointment qualifications.
Applicants should also indicate whether they are disabled, and application letters should be addressed to The Human Resource Manager, Kenya Reinsurance Corporation Limited, P.O. Box 30271-00100 GPO, Nairobi, either through post or email to recruitmentkrc@kenyare.co.ke, and the position being applied for must be clearly stated in the subject line.

Recruitment Drive by a Government-Owned Kenyan Reinsurance Corporation
The corporation identified itself as a government-owned entity, and the only leading reinsurer in Kenya listed on the Nairobi Securities Exchange.
“We require top-performing professionals who are well equipped to steer our growth agenda and meet the highest governance principles,” an official of the company stated.
Applications should be submitted to the company by June 10, 2026.
The corporation has cited its expansion in operations and compliance requirements as reasons for the recruitment drive, with all successful candidates expected to work at the corporation’s head office in Nairobi.
