Kenya Tourism Fund Announces Jobs in 8 Positions: How to Apply

The Kenya Tourism Fund has announced that applications are now being accepted for eight top management jobs in the Tourism Fund as it aims to increase surveillance and growth in its tourism sector.

In an advert on April 29, the Corporation announced that it is seeking competent Kenyans to fill deputy director positions in various units.

Some of the jobs include HR, ICT, finance and accounts, legal services and board coordination, resource mobilization and partnerships, QMS and risk coordination, internal audit, and corporate communications and marketing.

The positions, bar that of the internal audit and corporate communications and marketing are TF3 while the others are TF5.

Candidate Requirements and Application Process

According to the notice, these candidates are expected to report to their departmental directors and will be instrumental in corporate services, planning and strategy, risk assurance, and resource mobilization.

The Corporation said these appointments are intended to enhance the capacities of the institution to fund sustainable tourism development nationally.

Interested individuals are required to attach a comprehensive curriculum vitae, professional and academic certificates, testimonials, and current salary with all their applications and submit through the agency’s online career portal.

Tourism Fund Application Guidelines

Online submissions can be made up to midnight on May 19, 2026 that is GMT+3.

The agency cautioned against submitting hard copy applications or sending by email and also announced that it will only communicate to shortlisted candidates.

Upon acceptance into the job, successful candidates will be expected to produce clearance documents including a valid certificate of good conduct, ethics clearance, higher education loans board, tax compliance certificate, and a credit reference bureau report.

Successful candidates will be employed on permanent and pensionable terms.

The fund has warned that any candidate found engaging in canvassing will be automatically disqualified and stressed its open policy regarding equal opportunities, urging youth, women, persons with disabilities, and other minority groups to apply.
