Customers in Nairobi’s Lower Embakasi area will soon access services from a new location after Nairobi Water announced plans to relocate its regional office. The move will take effect on Friday, May 8, 2026. It marks a shift for residents who have been relying on the current office at Shujaa Mall.

The new office will be located at Greenspan Mall on the second and third floors. The location offers a more accessible and improved service environment.
“We wish to inform our valued customers in Lower Embakasi Region that our regional office shall relocate from Shujaa Mall to Greenspan Mall – 2nd & 3rd Floor on Friday 8th May, 2026,” the notice read.
The announcement signals a transition period that may disrupt normal operations. However, Nairobi Water assured customers it has put measures in place to maintain services.
The utility stressed its commitment to consistent service delivery even as the move continues.
