Five people have reportedly been killed while 13 others sustained serious injuries after a Kinatwa Shuttle collided head-on with a trailer at Kapiti Plains along the Nairobi–Mombasa Highway. According to preliminary reports, the crash occurred on Wednesday evening, September 16, 2026, involving an 18-seater Kinatwa Shuttle and a trailer travelling in the opposite direction. The
