A man identified as Pato Palmer has died after drowning at a swimming pool, just hours before he was scheduled to fly to London for an opportunity with the Royal Navy. In a tribute shared on Facebook by Kennie Balo, Palmer was expected to fly to London on September 21, after successfully securing the opportunity.
