The Laikipia County Assembly has extended the public participation deadline for the 2026/2027 budget estimates and has asked all residents, investors, civil society organizations, amongst others to submit their memoranda by June 10, 2026. Budget and Appropriations committee had issued a notice inviting interested parties as part of their obligation in Article 196 (1) (b)
