The Higher Education Loans Board (HELB) has extended the subsequent loan application deadline to September 21 2026 allowing those who had not applied to apply. In a statement dated September 7 2026, HELB announced that the deadline has been moved to September 21 2026 to give time to the applicants who had no chance to
