Nairobi property owners with unauthorised developments have been given a chance to regularise their properties and obtain the required planning approvals. The Nairobi City County Government has today September 10,2026 opened a regularisation amnesty that allows eligible property owners to bring their developments into compliance with planning requirements. The amnesty window will remain open until
