The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) has launched investigations into the fatal shooting of Victoria Nthunya Mutiso, who was shot on the morning of Wednesday, July 29, in Nairobi’s Upper Hill area. The agency said it had already deployed homicide detectives and forensic experts to establish what happened and identify those responsible for the killing.
