Safaricom has confirmed a system downtime affecting M-Pesa transactions to Airtel Money after a customer reported that two separate attempts to send money were reversed. The telecommunications company acknowledged the disruption after the complaint was raised on X, saying it was working to address the system issue affecting transfers to Airtel Money.
