The Capital Markets Authority (CMA) has clarified the status of the Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals FZE Initial Public Offering (IPO) in Kenya amid information circulating about the investment opportunity. In a public notice dated September 21, CMA said the IPO is regulated in Nigeria and has not been submitted to the CMA for consideration
