The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service ( KUCCPS) has raised alarm over fraudulent online forms circulating on social media, falsely claiming to offer inter-institutional transfer services and HELB account creation. In an official statement issued on July 10, KUCCPS dismissed the links as misleading and confirmed that the transfer window has not yet
