The Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) has approved murder charges against five suspects over the killing of lawyer Kyalo Mbobu, with Dr Rose Mbithe Mulwa and her two children now facing a second murder case. Announcing the decision on Thursday, October 8, 2026, the DPP also named police constables Julius Kipkoech Cheruiyot and Kennedy Kipkemei
